Workplaces
Flex Desk
A Flex Desk provides you with a desk that is not personally assigned to you, but you can choose a different one each day. You can easily stow your personal belongings against a deposit in the locker. With this option, you can still enjoy all the benefits of the Community.
Fix Desk
If you do not want to sit in a different place every day, the Fix Desk is the right one for you. With this option, you have a firm desk and you can use a lockable roll-top cabinet to lock in your personal belongings.
Private Office
In addition to flex and fix desks, there are also two lockable team offices. These can be equipped with six or eight desks, and each desk has a lockable roll-top. The offices are spatially separate from the Open Space, but you and your team can use the common areas such as the kitchen or the ball pool without any restrictions. On request you have the opportunity to present your company logo in the entrance area.
Meeting rooms
Two small meeting rooms are available for meetings or brainstorming sessions. There is room for four people each and with conference technology, white boards, WLAN, as well as coffee and water supply, productive work is guaranteed.
Workshop Space
The space also has a versatile meeting area. This can be used depending on the seating with up to 20 people. Conference facilities, white boards, WLAN, your own kitchen and toilets as well as coffee and water are also available here.
Location
The space is located near the historic Speicherstadt. Due to the central location you can reach the space quickly by bus and train. If you prefer to ride a bike, there are enough bicycle parking spaces. You will not have to worry about your lunch either - there are a variety of dining options in walking distance, as the city center and Hafencity are only a few minutes away.
