You can book Project Offices from three months on and without a long binding. Project teams and workgroups have everything here for communicate in a professional business environment.
Day Office
As the name suggests, you can book a modern office for as long as you need it. Being spontaneous, is not a problem at all. In here you can calmly prepare appointments and meetings or meet customers and partners.
Work Loft
The Work Loft is geared to project teams and offers flexible and diverse working environments in one room.
Coworking Space
You can choose between a co-working space in the lobby or your own desk. Depending on your needs, you can simply choose a free space in the lobby. The lobby is open from 8:30 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday.
Your own coworking desk is available 24/7. You have the choice between three different coworking packages in S, M and L. Free Wi-Fi and the use of printer, scanner and copier are included. The larger packages include the ability to store your materials, a private own desk, your own business address, and the use of coworking lobbies at all Design Offices locations in Germany.
Conference Space
You will find the perfect space for seminars, trainings, workshops, coaching or barcamps in here. There are flexible surfaces that are multifunctional and allow agile work.
Location
The location of the Bavaria Towers is ideal. There is a restaurant at the location itself and, if you receive guests, they can check in at a luxury hotel in the opposite tower. In the immediate vicinity there are the famous Prinzregentenstraße and the Einstein Center with many shops for the lunch break. A motorway access is located directly in front of the office building and the connection to public transport is optimal. Within a few minutes you are in the center of Munich or at the exhibition center.
