With Amicus specialising in creating inspiring and innovative workspaces, and with recent experience with coworking spaces, a partnership flourished and CreativeCubes.Co engaged Amicus as their design and construct solution. 

Corso Architecture was engaged as the design partner for their expertise in delivering exciting interior environments, with a key focus on how a design performs, how it looks and how it feels. Corso Architecture believe in efficiency and feel that good design is one which solves a problem. 

A state-of-the-art coworking space with; private offices, event space and a full-time Happiness Team. There are few offices more visually appealing and hip than CreativeCubes.Co. The design and high-quality finishes play a huge role in the energy you feel when walking in the door. Due to the nature of this emerging business, there were a variety of spaces required, private, dedicated and collaborative.

This included large and small meeting rooms, boardroom style meeting rooms, open plan collaboration spaces, smaller offices for individual work and a few banks of individual work stations. It's safe to say that all work stations and styles are accommodated for in this space. The kitchen is the heart of the space and the filtered, sparkling and hot water taps a hot favourite.

Over 40 percent of its 350-seat capacity has been snapped up with members including Uber Eats, Hummingbird Superfoods and Legalite Lawyers. The facility’s state-of-the-art event space is also regularly used by advertising powerhouse REA Group and AirBNB, with plans to open a second hub in February 2019 - Property Observer.
