The OFFICE DER SCHÖPFUNG is a cooperation project with Vitra. "Form follows culture" was a decisive approach to the conception, so that the well-known principle of "form follows function" was questioned and completely rethought. The culture approach focuses more on the needs of people and their culture. This approach also encourages agile work.
In total, the OFFICE DER SCHÖPFUNG covers almost 600 square meters and has a 140 square meter roof terrace. Connected to the open-office area are two meeting rooms, the lab, a studio and the office of the management. All these rooms are separated by glass walls. The digital agency HERREN DER SCHÖPFUNG GmbH is at home in the premises. They work here together with about 30 employees and offer additional space for about ten coworkers. The office of the HERREN DER SCHÖPFUNG GmbH is located on the Union site in the Hanauer Landstraße in Frankfurt's Ostend. The Hanauer Landstraße is considered the creative center of the city, many agencies, major brands and the ECB are located there or in the immediate vicinity.
