In June 2019 this urban working oasis was brought to life. It combines greatest centrality with a quiet and personal working atmosphere and is located right in the heart of Munich. At this space, emphasis is placed on individual design, attention to detail, open communication and hospitality so that members feel comfortable and welcome.
The aim was to build a place that is neither big nor anonymous, but rather offers a personal and café-like atmosphere, that creates proximity to the members, fulfills the comforts of home, but where you are still able to get your work done.
Equipment
The coworking location is equipped with individual furniture and many velvet elements throughout the design. The space is greened with many plants, custom made wooden tables and small details like the self painted fridge or the kitchen top that originally was the old dance floor of the Gärtnerplatztheater, bring individual charm and local reference to the rooms.
This space places great emphasis on flexibility and customer orientation. With the 10-passenger model, you have ten times access during the opening hours and the pass can be redeemed for several months. In addition to the 10 model, there are also monthly memberships: Hot Desks, Dedicated Desks and Private Offices. The packages include almost everything from using the printer to drinks flat and 24/7 access. There is also the possibility to host workshops, meetings and events.
