In July 2019, a new office space opened up in Berlin's first office tower. The location is directly opposite the Berlin Zoo and on the Kurfürstendamm.
The space rooms extend over two floors of the building. You can expect modern office space, coworking workplaces, several meeting rooms and a lounge area.
You can also use a fully equipped kitchen and a drink flat with coffee, tea, mineral water and beer completes the offer. From the large outdoor terrace on the 6th floor you can enjoy a view of the Kurfürstenstraße and the center of Berlin.
Location
The location leaves little to be desired. Within a few minutes you can reach countless shopping boutiques, cafés, restaurants and events. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for your lunch break or for an after-work event with colleagues and customers.
Connection
The location Am Zoo is ideally connected. In 400 meters you are at the subway station Wittenbergplatz, in 750 meters at the station Zoologischer Garten and the station Kurfürstendamm you reach in 800 meters. With the 100er bus can drive from the station Bayreuther road, which is only 50 meters away. In 450 meters the 200er leaves from Budapester Straße. In addition, bicycle parking facilities are available throughout the area.
