DeutschlandCard is one of the largest multi-partner bonus programmes in Germany.

There were multiple requirements for the realignment: a room design concept that makes flexible, agile working possible and also includes an acoustic concept. There was also a need for various meeting solutions – offering sufficient seating capacity, but also video or face-to-face options.

A total of almost 100 workplaces and several communicative areas have been created across 2,000 square metres! A flexible, agile working environment now makes both large meetings, as well as more focused work, possible. This includes acoustic solutions, project rooms and spaces for retreat. A community hub is also available for more informal chats. In addition to the logo colours, the slogan “score yourself happy” is also consistently visible throughout the furniture and colour scheme, making for a creative environment for all teams.

Full marks for a concept that was created under difficult conditions – in fact, it was developed exclusively in video conferences during the Corona lockdown!
